The gantry frame is made up of the walking beams and columns as well as the upper platform. Each walking beam is driven by a motor reduction, which creates a dual-drive system. The entrance and exit of Seam Welder and Tacking Fixture are controlled hydraulically by conveyors. Each station has its own controls that control the speed, direction, movement and movement of adjacent conveyors.
